👋 Meet Harper
💔 She was found in the village of Macherado wondering up and down busy roads. She was terribly thin, very lost and needed help. She was in a foster for a little while before coming to the shelter.

🐾 Harper has a lot of energy and is desperate to be loved. She is waiting for someone to give her guidance and take her on lovely long walks. She is great with the other dogs and loves to play. Sadly she is a little fustrated in the pens and needs her freedom.
