Meet Artemis! This girl was recently wandering around town all alone and was spotted by quite a few people for a while. Sadly, she was picked on in town by other dogs and she was no longer safe there so the police kindly took her to safety overnight until we could go and get her the next morning. For such a large dog she is a gentle giant around humans. The minute our volunteers collected her she rolled over onto the floor for a tummy rub! Artemis prefers humans, so could not live with any other pets and no young children. She was born in April 2020 and she currently weighs 34kg, so she is a large dog! She will need a home that is experienced in large breeds like her and understands their personalities and needs. She will need a large space to live in and somewhere she can get the exercise she needs. Artemis is a very sweet and loving girl and would be the perfect companion for someone.
