Meet Menta.
Another hellenic hound found as a stray. Menta is the mother of our beautiful girls, Casey and Cleo who are currently at the shelter, coming up to 1 years old. Menta is calm, gentle natured and a little timid.
She is good with other dogs and can be cat tested upon request.

Menta has tested positive for leishmania.
She would be expected to live a normal life with leishmania (which sadly can’t be cured but can be controlled) so long as she takes the daily meds..
We supply a year of the meds free to new adopters and we also cover the prep fee.. (we can also send the meds afterwards they are inexpensive here in Greece) For more information about Leish please contact us and we will be happy to explain the condition in depth to you..
